Our beautiful line of tableware starts with an utensil made from a high-grade stainless steel. The handles and jewelry line are crafted from raw copper, brass, and its alloys. The metals are heated and burnished with care to bring out the beautiful colors from within the metals, ensuring that each piece is truly unique. Although our tableware and jewelry is hermetically sealed in a high quality coating to help and prevent tarnishing, we suggest the tableware not be washed in the dishwasher. Over time and use the tableware and jewelry will take on its own natural beauty with subtle changes in the metals, which only add to the beauty of the piece. If one prefers, the tableware and jewelry can be polished with a soft jewelry cloth or a copper/brass polish. |

unique tableware is handcrafted in White River, South Africa, where 3.3
million people live and 60% of them live below the poverty line. There
are many unemployed women in this region and we are happy to say that
70% of them and a large number of disabled people, both male and female,
are employed by Copper Craft Africa. The crafters are treated with respect and earn a fair trade wage. These talented craftspeople are struggling to overcome the obstacles of poverty, disease and lack of education.
